Mission Technologies, a division of HII, seeks an experienced Subcontracts Administrator to manage end-to-end subcontracting for All-Domain Operations programs. You will handle complex procurements, evaluate bids, and ensure CPSR compliance.

The role offers remote, hybrid, or onsite work with a competitive salary. Candidates should have strong negotiation skills, FAR/DFARS knowledge, and proficiency with Costpoint and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 year with Masters; or 10 years with HS diploma.
• In-depth CPSR compliance knowledge.
• Familiar with FAR/DFARS and government procurement practices.
• Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex subcontract agreements from capture to award and execution.
• Prepare solicitation documents including SOWs, terms, and bid factors.
• Review bids with technical and cost volumes; resolve issues with vendors.
• Ensure timely receipt and accuracy of subcontract deliverables and CPSR compliance.
• Present briefings on subcontracting matters to staff and leaders.
