IonTuition is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our remote team. This 100% remote role accepts candidates nationwide, including NM, with multiple shifts available and a starting pay of $17.50 per hour, depending on experience.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and texts, document customer information in the CRM, and follow escalation procedures and client requirements while maintaining high productivity and quality standards.
