Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director of Strategy & Transformation to guide high-impact transformation across client organizations, focusing on governance, process improvement, and measurable outcomes. Remote work for US-based candidates with no visa sponsorship.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to drive execution and standards in finance processes and governance structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 12+ years of related experience, preferably in industry and consulting.
• Proven experience managing senior-level client relationships.
• Extensive finance and accounting expertise.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Project management certification (PMP, PgPgM) or Agile certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams through strategy definition and transformation project delivery.
• Use finance and operational knowledge to align client organizations with strategic goals.
• Develop and standardize finance processes and ensure compliance.
• Define organizational roles and governance structures.
• Evaluate current states and provide strategic recommendations for optimization.
• Manage project approaches and measure effectiveness during implementation phases.
• Act as a liaison among stakeholders and manage vendor relationships.
