Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• 12+ years of related experience with enterprise transformation.
• Experience managing senior-level client relationships across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong finance and accounting expertise to optimize finance organizations.
• Ability to lead multiple projects with clear deliverables and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team through strategy definition, future state visioning, and roadmap delivery.
• Define operating models aligned with industry standards and benchmarks.
• Develop and manage project approaches, plans, and long-term roadmaps.
• Elicit requirements via interviews, workshops, and site visits.
• Manage third-party vendor relationships and ensure governance.
