Ladders is seeking a Financial Management Mgr - L5 for a remote leadership role focused on guiding financial management efforts tied to a major enterprise transformation. You will oversee data conversion, testing coordination, and performance management activities that support finance operations and program execution.

• 5–7 years of experience in Program Finance systems and processes.
• Strong understanding of change management fundamentals.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic thinker with a grasp of new processes.
• Enthusiasm for training and onboarding teams on new systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise a team of data conversion and testing leads.
• Coordinate testing efforts for enterprise ERP and PPM systems.
