Job summary

Ladders is seeking a VP, Business Transformation to lead enterprise transformation across a diversified Manufacturing & Automotive footprint. The role partners with senior leadership to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and practical initiatives that connect COEs with business units.

The ideal candidate will bring influence, financial acumen, and transformation leadership to align stakeholders and deliver measurable results across multiple businesses. Remote work available in the US.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, finance, marketing, information technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with leadership to identify high-value opportunities for business performance improvement.
Serve as the primary connector between businesses and Centers of Excellence (COEs).
Translate COE methodologies into practical, business-specific approaches.
Leverage existing expertise before adding new resources.
Establish clear objectives and measures for capability deployment initiatives.
Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives to enhance growth and operational performance.
Create transformation roadmaps aligned with company strategy.
