Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Sr Manager, Data Process Excellence & Transformation to lead the design and optimization of operational processes for client data feeds and service delivery. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to simplify workflows, strengthen governance, and scale operations while driving transformation initiatives that improve quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

9+ years of experience in operational, process management, or service delivery functions.
Proven track record in managing client-facing operational processes.
Experience leading operational transformation initiatives, including automation and quality improvement.
