Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director of Product & Data Strategy to lead product and data strategy across enterprise applications, owning the roadmap and information foundation that informs business decisions.

The ideal candidate partners with IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors to translate functional needs into scalable technology solutions while advancing governance, quality, security, and accessibility of data across the organization. Remote - US based candidates only.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or data platform leadership.
• 4+ years owning a product roadmap at an organizational level.
• Experience with prioritization frameworks like RICE or MoSCoW.
• Proficient in defining and tracking metrics for product/platform success.
• Familiarity with data governance, quality, security, and accessibility.
• Knowledge of BI/analytics tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker).
• Experience with enterprise CRM/ERP platforms and cloud infra (Salesforce/AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, CS, or IS or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, roadmap, and operations of enterprise applications.
• Own the enterprise applications roadmap, prioritizing features and integrations based on business value.
• Translate functional requirements into technology solutions with business leaders.
• Run structured discovery sessions with stakeholders to validate needs before engineering commitments.
• Manage vendor relationships, licensing, upgrades, and integrations for the application ecosystem.
• Develop and execute the organization's data strategy, ensuring governance, quality, and security.
• Identify AI and automation opportunities to transform business processes.
