Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Strategy, Finance or Operations.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in management consulting, strategy or operational improvement.
• Proven success leading virtual engagements and delivering complex transformation remotely.
• Proficiency in strategic frameworks, financial modeling and process optimization techniques.
• Excellent remote collaboration and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to address client objectives and opportunities.
• Lead virtual project teams in design and implementation of process improvements and organizational changes.
• Conduct rigorous data analysis and market research to inform strategic decisions.
