Ladders seeks a Strategy & Operations Senior Manager (Security and Technology) to partner with senior security and technology leadership, shaping organizational strategy and keeping execution moving across key priorities in a fast-moving IT environment.

This remote-friendly role will drive operating rhythm, executive communications, and cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment, accountability, and on-track delivery. The position demands strategic thinking with robust business judgment.

Formación

• 5-7 years of corporate strategy and program management experience in high-growth startups or top-tier consultancies.
• MBA or equivalent challenging coursework.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity and IT concepts.
• Proficiency in tools like Claude and Google Workspace.
• Exceptional communication skills for both technical and leadership audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• High standards for quality and accountability in work.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development and execution of organizational strategy for Security & Technology
• Manage planning and operational cadence, including QBRs and OKR cycles
• Prepare executive materials such as board decks and all-hands narratives
• Identify and resolve organizational bottlenecks proactively
• Serve as a trusted proxy for senior security leadership in internal meetings
• Drive accountability and follow-through at the operational level
• Manage cross-functional dependencies for product launches and certification milestones
