Ladders seeks a Senior Director, Corporate Operations to shape the operating model for a multi-site technical infrastructure organization, aligning site operations with corporate teams and translating executive priorities into measurable programs. This remote role reports to senior leadership and drives governance across enterprise operations.

The role requires 12+ years of data center operations leadership, strong governance experience, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, facilities management, business, or related field
• 12+ years managing data center operations with multi-site leadership
• Experience developing enterprise programs and governance models
• Proven ability to translate executive priorities into measurable programs
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Lead the Central Operations organization and establish an integrated operating model
• Develop and execute multi-year strategies and roadmaps
• Translate executive direction into prioritized programs and measurable outcomes
• Serve as the principal integrator between site operations and corporate functions
• Provide executive-ready updates and recommendations on operational performance
• Establish governance forums and performance expectations to improve continuity
• Oversee the Operational Reliability Group and ensure technical support for incidents
