Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Uphold the organization's Business Code of Ethics and report any violations.
• Lead the Solutions Engineering team, including performance evaluations and training.
• Define objectives and strategy for the Solutions Engineering team.
• Collaborate with management on headcount planning.
• Oversee candidate recruitment in partnership with HR.
• Promote effective communication and teamwork across the organization.
• Develop and maintain an effective partner plan for the Solutions Engineering team.
