Qualifications

• 5-7 years of corporate strategy and program management experience in high-growth startups or top-tier consultancies.
• MBA or equivalent challenging coursework.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity and IT concepts.
• Proficiency in tools like Claude and Google Workspace.
• Exceptional communication skills for both technical and leadership audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• High standards for quality and accountability in work.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of organizational strategy for Security & Technology
• Manage planning and operational cadence, including QBRs and OKR cycles
• Prepare executive materials such as board decks and all-hands narratives
• Identify and resolve organizational bottlenecks proactively
• Serve as a trusted proxy for senior security leadership in internal meetings
• Drive accountability and follow-through at the operational level
• Manage cross-functional dependencies for product launches and certification milestones

For our client, we are seeking a Strategy & Operations Senior Manager (Security and Technology) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will partner closely with senior security and technology leadership to shape organizational strategy and keep execution moving across key priorities. The person in this role will drive operating rhythm, executive communications, and cross-functional coordination to help the organization stay aligned, accountable, and on track. This is a highly visible position that blends strategic thinking, operational discipline, and strong business judgment in a fast-moving technology environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $200,000 - $235,000 annually

Responsibilities
