Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 9+ years of strategic planning and management experience.
• Experience in public speaking and presentations.
• Proficient in budget design and management.
• Experience creating digital strategies.
• 7+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Managerial experience in resource planning and management.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategy development and implementation to address complex organizational challenges.
• Develop tactical plans for resource optimization.
• Create operational policies and monitor their implementation.
• Participate in formulating strategies for key transactions.
• Propose annual business plans aligned with organizational strategy.
