Ladders is seeking a Manager, Strategy & Operations to shape operating cadence for the leadership team and drive metrics, processes, and cross-functional follow-through. This role also supports contract and vendor operations, ensuring key agreements and onboarding workflows are handled meticulously. Location: Remote across the US and Canada.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in business operations, strategy and operations, strategic finance, or consulting.
• Strong numerical skills to analyze financial and operational metrics.
• Ability to read and assess contracts, identifying risks for escalation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail across multiple operational areas.

Responsabilidades

• Run the operating rhythm of the management team, including meeting agendas and follow-through
• Maintain company metrics and OKR tracking for performance conversations
• Manage legal and contract operations, including NDAs and agreements
• Oversee vendor onboarding and corporate records management
• Lead scoped strategic projects for the leadership team
