Ladders is seeking a Business Information Security Officer in a remote capacity to align cybersecurity with business objectives and regulatory expectations. You will partner with IT, legal, risk, and operations to strengthen security posture and incident readiness across the organization.

The role requires leading risk management efforts, designing global security solutions, and advising executives on security matters.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in Information Security or a related field.
• Experience as a senior information security executive.
• Experience advising executives on security matters.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute cybersecurity strategies aligned with objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate information security risks across business units.
• Serve as liaison between business units, the CISO, and the information security risk management team.
• Establish and lead an advisory capability to facilitate collaboration among IT, legal, and risk management representatives.
• Coordinate incident response efforts and ensure swift engagement during security incidents.
• Conduct post-incident reviews and tabletop exercises to enhance preparedness.
• Design and deliver security awareness programs to emphasize cybersecurity's importance within business operations.
