Ladders is seeking a Strategy & Operations Analyst to join its remote team. The role partners with senior leadership to translate complex operational and financial data into clear insights that shape business decisions.

You will build scalable models, monitor performance, and communicate recommendations to diverse stakeholders. A strong candidate will structure ambiguous problems, improve processes, and collaborate across functions using tools like Google Apps Script and AI workflows.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in management consulting, finance, strategic planning, business analytics, or operational analysis in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets modeling skills, with the ability to build scalable models from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with Google Apps Script, AI-assisted coding, or similar tools for problem-solving.
• Strong analytical skills to structure ambiguous problems and work with complex datasets.
• High standard for accuracy and rigor while maintaining speed and quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting data to senior leadership.
