Job summary

Chainguard is seeking a Strategy & Operations Senior Manager (Security and Technology) to lead cross-functional strategy and program management across the S&T portfolio. You will work closely with the CISO and executives to drive planning cadences, executive materials, and organizational alignment.

The role requires MBA or equivalent coursework, strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, and the ability to influence both technical and leadership audiences.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalently challenging coursework.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CISO and their staff in strategy and program management across Security & Technology.
• Run S&T planning and operating cadences (QBRs, OKR cycles).
• Prepare executive materials like board decks and all-hands narratives.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive cross-functional resolution.
• Serve as a trusted proxy and representative for the CISO in internal meetings.
