Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Program Manager, Security Operations (Remote) to lead security operations programs across client environments, with hands-on embedded personnel management and a focus on service quality.

You will connect client stakeholders, internal teams, and field-based security staff to ensure consistent operations, policy development, training, and lifecycle management that uphold high protective-service standards globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in security or related fields.
• At least 10 years of experience in protective security, law enforcement, or government service.
• Excellent professional judgment and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and project management tools like Monday.com.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Eligibility for California BSIS Armed Guard Card and similar state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts to onboard top-tier embedded employees for client programs.
• Conduct regular check-ins with embedded employees to evaluate job satisfaction and performance.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager between the organization and client managers.
• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including performance evaluations.
• Facilitate communication among employees, clients, and internal teams for operational alignment.
• Develop internal policies and procedures for protective operations globally.
• Conduct quality control and training for employees and contracted security resources.
