Ladders seeks a Senior Cybersecurity Risk Analyst to join a leader in Aerospace & Defense. This remote role focuses on assessing cybersecurity risk across a complex enterprise, with emphasis on technology decisions, third‑party exposure, and software risk, while translating findings for leadership.

You will partner with Compliance and architecture to ensure risk treatment is practical and aligned to business needs. The position offers remote work and a competitive salary plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 8 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience.
• Experience in enterprise risk management and third-party cyber risk assessment.
• Current Security+ or equivalent certification.
• Strong knowledge of NIST standards for cyber risk and compliance.
• Ability to communicate technical risk to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cyber risk assessments across the enterprise, identifying risks to systems and data
• Articulate cyber risk to leadership in clear, actionable terms
• Lead cyber risk reviews, including third‑party assessments and software risk evaluations
• Collaborate with Compliance to ensure comprehensive risk treatment across frameworks
• Evaluate technology decisions for cyber risk implications beyond compliance reviews
• Specify risk reduction measures when residual risks exceed appetite
• Contribute to enterprise architecture decisions with a focus on risk posture
