Job summary
Veeva Systems is seeking a Strategy Director to drive the adoption and commercial success of Crossix Analytics M&O products within key Emerging Biotech accounts. You will partner with Account Partners to craft market-facing messaging, identify blockers to sales, and map strategic account plans.
You will articulate the value of Crossix products to customers and work with product/marketing to align on customer expectations.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of client-facing consulting/strategy experience
- 4+ years in a media related role or analytics
- 4+ years in an analytical role
- Life Sciences experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management
- Bachelor’s degree with solid academic performance
Responsibilities
- Own adoption and go-to-market messaging for Crossix products in Emerging Biotech accounts
- Collaborate with Account Partners to map stakeholders and lead customer meetings
- Forecast product adoption across customers and prospects
- Define target early adopters, articulate value, and gather customer feedback
- Support delivery teams in maximizing product utilization and removing adoption blockers
- Communicate product value clearly to customers and internal teams
