Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an Analytics Services Director for Crossix to manage a significant book of business in Lifesciences marketing. You will lead consultative analytics engagements, coach teams, and drive adoption of Crossix Analytics Products to improve client outcomes and expand relationships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in an analytical role.
• 5+ years of client facing experience.
• Ability to use critical thinking to identify issues or concerns before they become problems.
• Experience leading consultative analytics engagements with clients.
• Strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a significant book of business.
• Inform and advise on Lifesciences marketing decisions leveraging Crossix Data Platform and Products.
• Execute on assigned business goals including client adoption and data-driven decision making.
• Achieve customer success: build relationships and trust as a strategic contact.
• Lead project management: drive delivery through a results-driven team.
• Coach and mentor team members in project and client service best practices.
• Tell data stories and provide strategic direction for accounts.
