Job summary

Veeva Crossix seeks a Senior Director of Crossix Analytics Services to lead the Emerging Biotech portfolio and drive high-value client outcomes. You will align sales and strategy, ensure excellent work, and guide a data-driven marketing approach powered by Crossix insights.

You will oversee a high-performing analytics team, shaping engagement models and mentoring talent in a hybrid role with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in customer-facing marketing or analytics, with at least 5 years in Life Sciences.
• Proven leadership of high-touch customer teams and senior-level relationships.
• Excellent communication to translate complex data into compelling narratives.
• Track record of hiring and mentoring top talent.
• Deep knowledge of media landscape and data-driven marketing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the services team for Emerging Biotech portfolio and partner with Sales/Strategy.
• Ensure delivery of high‑impact work that uses performance data to guide marketing investments.
• Oversee hiring, development and mentoring of analytics professionals for strong execution.
• Evolve engagement models with modern tools and AI-driven insights.
