Job summary

Veeva Systems in New York region is seeking a Strategy Director to drive adoption and commercial success of Crossix Audience Segments. You will collaborate with Account Partners as market owner and SME on Crossix data, methodologies, products, and differentiators, and map targets to execute strategic account plans.

You’ll work with product and marketing to ensure products are positioned to meet customer expectations and drive growth through strategic deals and successful feature adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of client facing consulting/strategy experience.
• 2+ years in a media related role (planning/buying).
• Skilled data analyst who can tell a story with data.
• Life Sciences experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Bachelor’s degree with strong academics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales team in developing strategic partnerships with customers, leading to customer success.
• Deliver stable and repeatable revenue growth.
• Hold sales team accountable.
• Aid in effective new product/feature adoption and improvement.
