Job summary

Humana Government Business is seeking a Workforce Management Professional 2 for a remote role. You will coordinate staffing models, labor cost proposals, and audits for government contracts, while maintaining the Position Tracking System and managing relationships with contingent labor vendors.

Responsibilities include partnering with HR and Finance to ensure compliance, posting vacancies in Workday, and supporting special projects. A DoD requirement is U.S.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required for this DoD contract.
• We are not able to hire candidates currently living in Puerto Rico.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of HR experience dealing with compensation and confidential data.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between HGB and HR to ensure government contract compliance.
• Provide timely responses to HRBPs regarding information requests.
• Guide Payroll on Service Contract Act requirements.
• Ensure vacancies are posted in Workday promptly.
• Collaborate with HGB pricing on staffing-model development and labor costs.
• Read and interpret RFP requirements for staffing projects.
• Maintain the HGB Position Tracking System with staffing level data.
• Generate monthly staffing reports in a timely fashion.
• Support HGB by generating routine and ad hoc reports from staffing systems and sources.
• Cultivate a positive relationship with our contingent labor vendor.
• Advise leaders on temporary staffing needs and optimal use of contingent labor.
• Coordinate screening and onboarding of temporary workers, training verification, access provision, timecard approval, and accurate invoicing.
• Assist Corporate Procurement in developing contract terms and evaluating potential vendors for government contracts.
