Job summary

Humana is seeking a Workforce Management Professional 2 for a remote role, serving as a liaison between Humana Government Business and Human Resources to ensure compliance with government contracts. You will develop staffing models, labor cost proposals and participate in audits, while maintaining the HGB Position Tracking System and coordinating with the contingent labor vendor.

Responsibilities include producing monthly reports, responding to HR partners, and guiding on Service Contract Act

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required for this DoD contract.
• Not eligible to hire candidates living in Puerto Rico per contract.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of HR experience dealing with compensation and confidential data.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between HGB and Human Resources to ensure DoD contract compliance.
• Respond to requests for information from the HR Business Partners in a timely manner.
• Provide guidance on Service Contract Act requirements.
• Ensure vacancies are posted in Workday promptly.
• Work with the pricing team on staffing model development.
• Read and understand RFP requirements.
• Maintain the HGB Position Tracking System with accurate staffing data.
• Produce the monthly staffing report.
• Support HGB by issuing routine and ad hoc reports from tracking and payroll systems.
• Develop/maintain a positive relationship with the contingent labor vendor.
• Advise leaders on their temporary staffing needs.
• Coordinate screening and onboarding of temporary workers and verify timecards.
• Assist with contract terms with Corporate Procurement and vendor evaluations.
• Assist with special projects assigned to the team.
