Job summary

Arrow Electronics, Inc. is seeking a Citrix Technical Account Executive to act as the primary technical advisor for selected Arrow ECS end customers in a hybrid Denver-based role.

You will lead proactive engagement, drive Citrix adoption, and deliver value through executive-level briefings and strategic reviews. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of 10–15 accounts, coordinating with Citrix and Arrow teams, and guiding POC/POV processes to mitigate risks and ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant.
• Hands‑on experience with Citrix technologies or related platforms.
• Experience collaborating with channel partners, internal sales, pre‑sales teams, distributors, and enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main technical contact for Arrow ECS end customers.
• Manage 10–15 customer accounts with varying complexity.
• Lead proactive customer engagement and quarterly strategic reviews.
