This remote-friendly role leads annual business planning, QBRs, and executive engagements while aligning supplier resources with Arrow teams to accelerate growth.

• Ability to build and maintain executive‑level relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage executive and field relationships with supplier stakeholders.
• Own escalations, business planning, and strategic initiatives with suppliers.
• Lead annual/quarterly business planning and executive engagements.
• Identify market opportunities and partner growth areas for supplier adoption.
• Support sales teams on strategic opportunities and pipeline development.
• Design and manage supplier-funded programs, rebates, and demand generation initiatives.
• Track program effectiveness and optimize performance.
