Job summary

RRD is a leading global provider of marketing, packaging, print, and supply chain solutions. The role focuses on selling RRD products and solutions via phone or electronic means to customers in an assigned territory, with opportunities for virtual or onsite meetings and collaborative sales efforts.

Responsibilities include market research, cold calling, strategic presenting, RFIs/Bids responses, and CRM updates.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.
• Associate Degree with 2 years Inside or Enterprise Solution Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell RRD products and solutions via phone or electronic means to customers in an assigned territory.
• Develop market and company research to identify potential clients and contacts; conduct cold calls.
• Schedule and conduct virtual or phone-based introduction meetings; present solutions to clients.
• Engage in strategy development, client presentations (virtual or onsite), and respond to RFIs/Bids.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer to Sales or Client Services teams; log all touchpoints in the CRM.
