Job summary

VB Spine is seeking a Strategic Sales Manager (West) to drive high-impact sales strategy across national programs and local agreements. This remote role targets Pacific/Mountain time zones and requires strong cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and leadership to expand the company's market presence.

You’ll mentor sales and marketing teams, build executive relationships, and translate market insights into actionable plans. Travel is about 35-40%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and 5+ years in sales (highly preferred).
• Spine industry and contract experience strongly preferred.
• Self-starter with independence and customer focus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies with sales team for key customers and programs.
• Partner withFinance, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to design tools and initiatives.
• Identify growth and retention opportunities from market trends and data.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and executive customers.
• Lead collaboration to maximize ROI and expand company reach.
• Translate data into actionable insights for sales strategy and execution.
• Support contracting by targeting GPO/IDN agreements and conversions.
• Contribute to VB Spine's commercial strategy with market intelligence.
• Mentor and train sales/marketing personnel in tools, messaging, and planning.
• Serve as advisor to senior leadership on growth and innovation.
