Job summary

VB Spine is seeking a Strategic Sales Manager to drive high‑impact sales strategy, lead national and local contracting efforts, and develop tools that shape outcomes. You’ll partner across teams and mentor staff, influencing growth while managing 35‑40% travel.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales, spine industry or contract experience, and a self‑starter attitude. This remote role targets Pacific/Mountain time zones within the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years sales experience.
• Spine industry and contract experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies across key customers and programs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing and cross-functional teams on tools and initiatives.
• Identify growth and retention opportunities from market trends and data.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and executive contacts.
• Lead partnerships to maximize ROI and expand company reach.
• Translate data into actionable insights through reporting tools.
• Support strategic contracting with GPO/IDN opportunities.
• Contribute to VB Spine’s commercial strategy and market intelligence.
• Mentor sales and marketing staff in tools and planning.
• Advise senior leadership on growth and innovation initiatives.
