Lob is seeking a Business Operations Manager to own cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Go-to-Market. You will take ambiguous problems and drive them to documented, measurable processes with named owners.

You will coordinate with teams that don’t report to you, perform analysis using Lob's data and AI tooling, and ensure handoffs with lasting metrics. Familiarity with BI tools and SQL is helpful in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 4–7+ years post-undergrad in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in cross-functional program delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Own program execution across multiple cross-functional projects.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, Partner Ops, Solutions, and GTM.
• Produce analysis using Lob's data and AI tooling.
• Document each program on completion and transition to a permanent owner with a lasting metric.
• Support planning and execution of company-wide operating cadences like QBRs and leadership offsites.
