Qualifications

• 5+ years of nonprofit fundraising or strategic partnerships.
• Proven ability to cultivate and steward individual donors and prospects.
• Excellent writing and editing skills to translate data into proposals and reports.
• Experience collaborating across functions and managing multiple projects independently.
• Comfort using a CRM and engagement data to track activity and refine strategies.
• Commitment to Kiva’s mission including financial inclusion and equity.

Responsabilités

• Grow philanthropic support by cultivating donors and advising partners.
• Strengthen donor relationships and improve the giving experience.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing and Communications, Product and Engineering.
• Plan and deliver in-person and virtual donor events.
• Maintain donor records and track relationship activity and pipelines.
• Coordinate donor messaging across Strategic Partnerships audiences.
• Analyze campaign results to improve outreach and lead generation.
