Kiva.org seeks a Manager, Strategic Partnerships in the United States to grow philanthropic support by cultivating donors, engaging advisors, and developing compelling donor communications. You will collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to strengthen donor relationships and support proposals and reporting.

The role requires strong writing, independent work, and the ability to manage complex cross-team initiatives, including in-person and virtual donor events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in nonprofit fundraising or partnerships
• Strong writing and editing for proposals and reports
• Experience coordinating across functions and multiple projects

• Cultivate donors and prospects to grow giving
• Plan and deliver donor events (in-person and virtual)
• Collaborate with Marketing and Communications on donor messaging
• Maintain donor records and pipelines
