The Manager, Strategic Partnerships grows philanthropic support by cultivating donors, advisors, and funds, translating impact into deeper engagement, and coordinating with Finance, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams.

This role focuses on mid-level to major gifts, donor communications, events, and partnerships, with authorization to work in the United States on a permanent, full-time

Qualifications

5 years experience in nonprofit fundraising or related field.
Experience developing donor engagement strategies.
Familiarity with donor-advised funds and major giving.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Ability to coordinate across functions and manage multiple projects.
Comfort using a CRM such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Develop donor strategy and engagement for mid-level to major gifts.
Create engagement with donor-advised funds and gatekeepers.
Improve donor communications and web journeys; contribute to proposals and reports.
Plan in-person and virtual donor events.
Maintain donor records and pipelines.
