Job summary

Recycle Track Systems is seeking a customer-focused professional to manage and grow a strategic book of business in a remote role across multiple U.S. states.

You will own client relationships, drive retention, and identify opportunities for new services with existing customers and partners. You will coordinate with procurement and sustainability teams, use ERP-enabled workflows, and operate within a flexible weekend rotation to support client needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management, procurement, and/or customer success.
• Experience in the waste and recycling industry.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong prioritization and multi-tasking with minimal supervision.
• Self-driven with the ability to deliver independent results.
• Experience with ERP systems (D365, Oracle, SAP or Netsuite).

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage and grow the book of business in the Strategic Partnership Team.
• Ensure retention metrics and customers remain under long-term contracts.
• Generate new opportunities within existing customer networks for new sites and services.
• Attend sales meetings and conduct business reviews with Key Accounts.
• Ensure daily use of CRM for customer activities and sales pipeline management.
• Update CRM systems with current customer/prospect information.
• Monitor customer activity and propose service changes or other solutions.
• Guide customers as an industry expert on waste and recycling technology and regulations.
• Collaborate with Sustainability to assist with waste auditing and diversion reporting.
• Attend client meetings and other company functions as needed.
• Execute service requests with hauling partners (extra pickups, bins, roll-offs).
• Perform other duties or projects as requested.
