Recycle Track Systems (RTS) is seeking a remote Customer & Partner Account Manager to grow a strategic book of business with internal and external clients. You will manage accounts, procure services, and process requests within customer processes while driving long-term partnerships and profit margins.

Your role emphasizes using data to implement predictive solutions, influencing sustainability outcomes, and delivering outstanding support across vendor networks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management, procurement negotiations, or customer success.
• Experience in the waste and recycling industry is required.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow a book of business in the Strategic Partnership Team.
• Attend sales meetings and conduct business reviews with Key Accounts.
• Ensure CRM is used daily for customer activities and pipeline management.
• Proactively recommend service changes or solutions to meet customer needs.
• Present at client meetings and company events as needed.
