Job summary

Recycle Track Systems (RTS) is seeking a remote Account Manager to partner with customers and hauling partners. You will own the full customer lifecycle, drive retention, negotiate contracts, and oversee service requests to align procurement and account management with customer goals.

You will use CRM for pipeline management, attend client reviews, and help implement predictive solutions that improve sustainability and vendor experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Account Management, procurement negotiations, and/or customer success.
• Experience in the waste and recycling industry is preferred.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Book of Business within the Strategic Partnership Team.
• Maintain retention metrics and long-term contracts with customers.
• Generate new opportunities within existing accounts for new sites and services.
• Attend sales meetings and conduct business reviews with Key Accounts.
