Job summary

Recycle Track Systems (RTS) is looking for a client-focused professional to manage a strategic book of business, drive retention, and expand services with customers and hauling partners. You will analyze data to deliver predictive solutions, support procurement, and ensure high-quality client support.

This remote role serves multiple states with rotating weekend shifts. You will partner with Sustainability to enhance waste auditing and reporting while guiding customers on industry best practices

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Account Management, procurement negotiations, and/or customer success.
• Experience in the waste and recycling industry preferred.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Book of Business in the Strategic Partnership Team.
• Ensure retention and long-term contracts with customers.
• Identify opportunities for additional services within existing accounts.
• Attend sales meetings and conduct business reviews with Key Accounts.
• Maintain CRM for customer activities and sales pipeline daily.
• Provide industry guidance on waste and recycling technology and regulations.
