Job summary

UPM Adhesive Materials is seeking a passionate Key Account Manager to lead multi-level relationships with strategic customers across the United States. You will drive sales, craft compelling business cases, and manage all aspects of commercial execution including pricing, quotes, and service delivery.

Based in the Eastern or Central US, this fully remote role offers travel up to 50% to support key accounts, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to shape pricing strategies while

Qualifications

• BS degree in Business or related discipline is required.
• 5+ years of Sales Management experience in the printing or packaging industry is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage regional or national accounts and build customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage multi-level relationships with key customers.
• Create business cases and present data to support organizational goals.
• Oversee commercial execution including sales revenue, AV, and receivables.
• Provide price quotes, product recommendations, and service information as needed.
• Identify customer needs and close acquisition and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to position products and services effectively.
• Support strategy development and regional product initiatives.
