Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives across Mobile Video, Fixed Video and APX ecosystems in the North America region. You will collaborate with Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Operations to streamline complex implementations and go-to-market rollouts.

You will design dashboards, reports and executive updates while resolving escalations and optimizing business workflows to scale operations.

Qualifications

• PMP or CSM or Six Sigma certification required.
• 3–5 years in project management, business operations, or cross-functional execution.
• Experience supporting public safety agencies, enterprise security, or complex tech/hardware environments.
• Direct exposure to mobile video, fixed video, or mission-critical communications.
• Hands-on experience building operational dashboards (BI/tools).
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end cross-functional initiatives, connecting Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
• Support APX CSAs and resolve billing, invoicing, licensing, and service-delivery escalations.
• Build and maintain dynamic dashboards with Tableau, Jira, Salesforce to track project health and metrics.
• Establish a structured cadence for weekly status updates, risk assessments and executive summaries.
• Facilitate deployment improvements for mobile, fixed video and APX ecosystems with customer-facing delivery teams.
• Plan, track and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) rollouts with cross-functional leaders.
• Scale internal processes to support enterprise growth and reduce bottlenecks.
