Motorola Solutions in the United States seeks a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives across Mobile Video, Fixed Video, and APX deployments. You will partner with APX CSAs to resolve operational issues and deliver executive dashboards.

You will orchestrate GTM rollouts, maintain weekly leadership updates, and design scalable internal processes to support enterprise growth.

Formación

• High School diploma, Bachelor's degree, plus PMP (Project Management Professional), or CSM (Certified ScrumMaster), or a Six Sigma Certification required for this position.
• Must have prior professional services experience supporting Public Safety Agencies, Law Enforcement, or Enterprise Security Operations.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; sponsorship is not available.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end cross-functional initiatives across Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Partner with APX Customer Support Advocates to streamline customer-facing processes and resolve billing, invoicing, licensing, and service issues.
• Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards to report project health and metrics.
• Establish structured weekly status updates and risk assessments for leadership.
• Drive GTM rollout plans with cross-functional leaders for product launches.
• Identify bottlenecks and deploy scalable internal processes to support growth.
