Job summary

Samsara is seeking a seasoned Senior Customer Success/Implementation professional to lead deployments for large-scale customers. You will manage end-to-end onboarding, adoption, and renewal, partnering with Sales, Support, and Product.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, customer focus, and scalable outcomes across industries. The position is remote for candidates in the US (excluding certain metro areas) with up to 10% travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting (enterprise SaaS).
• Experience supporting or working with technical products is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with executives and day-to-day users.

Responsibilities

• Be on the front-lines ensuring customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability with our IoT platform.
• Manage deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers and achieve quick time to value.
• Create launch plans and a roadmap to increase product usage.
• Track implementation progress, product adoption, and account health.
• Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara’s technology to executives and end-users.
• Mentor the broader Customer Success and Support teams.
