Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Senior Implementation-focused Customer Success professional for its Strategic Customer Success team. You will own deployments for large-scale customers, guiding onboarding, adoption, and renewal while partnering with Sales, Support, Engineering, and Product.

You will champion Samsara’s customer-first culture, translate business needs into technical solutions, and help customers realize value from our IoT platform across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
• 6+ years in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
• Enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
• Experience supporting or working with technical products.
• End-to-end system implementations and strong consultative skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and deploy Samsara technology for large-scale customers, delivering quick value.
• Create launch plans and a roadmap to increase product usage.
• Track implementation progress, adoption, and account health.
• Run trainings and demonstrate Samsara’s technology to executives and users.
• Mentor the wider Customer Success and Support teams.
