Job summary

Samsara is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to partner with top customers, driving value from our Connected Operations platform. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering and Product to ensure success in a fast-growth environment.

The role offers a remote working model with Canada-based applicants, and involves collaboration with executives to align on goals and outcomes, while mentoring teams to scale Samsara’s success culture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting
• Experience with enterprise SaaS and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong communication with executives and technical leaders
• High emotional intelligence and priority management
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• On the front lines to increase customer safety, efficiency, and sustainability using our IoT platform
• Create joint success plans with customers and remove barriers to value
• Lead executive business reviews with customers and Samsara leadership
• Conduct workshops to understand operations and recommend workflow changes
• Mentor Customer Success and Support teams and promote Samsara’s culture
