Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Senior Customer Success professional to join the Implementation team, guiding Enterprise customers from onboarding through renewal for our IoT platform.

You will own relationships across industries such as transportation, logistics, and manufacturing, coordinating with Sales, Support, and Product to ensure successful deployments and measurable business value. This role is remote in the United States with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a technology consulting or customer-facing implementation role.
• Demands high emotional intelligence and strong priority management.
• Exceptional executive stakeholder management and communications.
• Experience with technical products and end-to-end system implementations.
• Solutions-oriented with strong problem solving skills.
• Proven track record building trust with executives and Product/Engineering leaders.
• Passion for initiative and thriving in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment.
• Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.

Responsibilities

• Be on the front lines ensuring customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability with our IoT platform.
• Manage deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers.
• Create launch plans and a roadmap to increase product usage.
• Track implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health.
• Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara’s technology to executives and day-to-day users.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product to deliver outcomes.
• Mentor the wider Customer Success and Support teams.
• Deeply understand Samsara platform capabilities and explain them to customers.
