Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Senior Strategic Customer Success professional to join our Implementation team. You will lead deployment and adoption for enterprise customers across fleet and industrial assets, owning the customer relationship from onboarding to renewal.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role, with Enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
• Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
• Excellent consultative skills with executives and day-to-day users.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Support, and Product.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.

Responsibilities

• Be on the front-lines and ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability with Samsara’s IoT platform.
• Manage deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers and achieve quick time to value.
• Create launch plans and a roadmap to increase product usage.
• Track implementation progress, product adoption, and account health.
• Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara’s technology to executives and end users.
• Serve as a mentor to the wider Customer Success and Support teams.
• Deeply understand Samsara platform capabilities and explain them to customers of all types.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally.
