Job summary

Samsara, a leader in Connected Operations, seeks a Strategic Customer Success Manager for the US Public Sector. This remote role serves cities, states, school districts and universities, ensuring adoption and value of our IoT platform.

You will collaborate with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering and Product to align on objectives, deliver joint plans, and run executive reviews. Requires 5+ years in senior CS or related roles and a passion for solving complex public sector challenges.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting.
• Experience supporting or working with technical products.
• Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence.
• Proven track record of building trust and communicating with executives and engineers.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.

Responsibilities

• Be on the front-lines to increase the safety, efficiency and sustainability of operations with the IoT platform.
• Draft joint success plans with customers, outlining objectives, metrics, timelines and removing barriers to value.
• Lead executive business reviews with customers and Samsara leadership.
• Conduct workshops to understand operations and recommend workflow changes.
• Explain platform capabilities to diverse business types and mentor teams.
