Job summary

Intuitive Surgical, Inc. is seeking a Technical Solution Consultant to drive the implementation and sustainment of digital solutions across hospital systems.

You will act as a trusted advisor, leading technical deployments from pre-sales through activation and long-term sustainability, collaborating with regional IDNs and hospitals. The role requires strong technical aptitude, stakeholder engagement, and execution discipline to ensure adoption and ongoing value across enterprise deployments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in medical technology implementation or IT consulting in healthcare.
• Deep understanding of cloud-hosted SaaS platforms and healthcare data security.
• Experience with account management or collaboration with capital sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Engagement: build long-term relationships with regional IDNs and hospital IT/digital stakeholders to advance digital solutions.
• Navigate the Hospital Technology Adoption Journey: present technical overviews, data flows, and network diagrams to accelerate approvals.
• Performance Accountability: define repeatable deployment processes for efficient product implementation at enterprise or hospital levels.
