Intuitive is seeking a Technical Solution Consultant to lead the technical implementation of our digital solutions across regional IDNs and hospitals, from pre-sales readiness to activation and ongoing sustainability.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in healthcare IT, strong cloud/SaaS knowledge, and proven ability to collaborate with clinical and IT stakeholders to accelerate adoption and value realization. This role requires travel up to 25% and comfort entering patient care areas.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in medical technology implementation or healthcare IT consulting.
• Deep understanding of cloud-hosted SaaS platforms, healthcare data security, and networking infrastructure.
• Experience with account management or direct collaboration with capital sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of stakeholders – operational, clinical, and technical.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic account engagement with regional IDNs and hospital IT stakeholders.
• Own the hospital technology adoption journey including technical reviews and governance.
• Develop standardized deployment processes for efficient product implementation.
• Enable post-go-live digital solution adoption and long-term value realization.
• Synthesize field feedback to influence roadmap and leadership.
